Our lives, as magnificent and unique as they are, can be downright painful at times. Anxiety and depression may keep us up at night and make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Past experiences can haunt us, and the negative self-talk that tags along diminishes our self-esteem. We might feel stuck where we are, but intensely yearn to get more out of our lives. We try to maintain balance between our careers, families, friendships, and selves—yet feel as though one of them always ends up suffering. We may be surviving, but we aren’t thriving. We crave healing and peace, but we don’t know where to start.

No one is exempt from facing adversity, but that doesn’t mean we can’t recover from it—nor should we have to face it alone. We deserve to honor the strengths and resilience that have brought us this far. We are so much more than our circumstances.
